For vintage items, delivery typically takes 3 to 14 days after the order is placed.
For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, payment is required upon receipt of the item.
Delivery may not be available to some remote islands or regions.
International shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

We cannot offer refunds for inquiries made more than 4 weeks after shipment.

[Shipping Fees]
Shipping from Japan: flat rate of 800 JPY nationwide.
Shipping from New York City, USA: flat rate of 2,000 JPY.
If delivery fails due to customer circumstances (e.g., absence at the time of delivery), the redelivery fee will be borne by the customer.

Prices are inclusive of tax and displayed as final amounts.

[Order Cancellations]
Cancellations after an order has been placed are not accepted.
If damage occurs during transit, please contact us. We will promptly replace or refund the item.
Returns after the product has been opened are not accepted.
If you miss delivery and do not contact us within 4 weeks of shipment, we will not be responsible for any loss.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us via your order history within 7 days of receiving the item.
Inquiries made after 7 days are not eligible for refunds.

If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping via cash-on-delivery.
