"It is thinkable that the investigation of the behavior of migratory birds and carrier pigeons may some day lead to the understanding of some physical process which is not yet known." – This letter, written by Einstein in 1949, is centered around his engagement with von Frisch's research. It reveals Einstein's pure imagination and insight in seeking physical developments from animal behavior, reminding us of their importance. Inspiration is always found somewhere distant and different.
